SIC (US 1987) : Birch Lake RV Park is located 3 miles east of Babbitt, Minnesota. The campground is very wooded, with spacious sites to accommodate large RVs; the campground is a seasonal RV park only. All of the campsites have full hookups, with water, electricity (20, 30, & 50 amp are available), and sewer.
The campground is located next to Birch Lake, with swimming and fishing activities. The public swimming beach is within walking distance from the campsites and the public boat landing is 1/2 mile from the campground for your convenience. A fishing pier is located on the swimming beach, in addition to playground equipment, a log pavilion, and a picnic shelter. Campsites are nestled among pine trees, with a picnic table and fire ring at each site; none of the sites are located on the lake.
A paved hike/bike trail is along the edge of the campground, approximately 5 miles long; also nearby is the Stony Spur and Jackpot Trail for ATVers.
